AFTER PURCHASING, PLEASE PROVIDE THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO WILL BE CHECKING IN (MUST BE 21+) AND MUST SHOW AT RESORT COUNTER DURING CHECK IN. THE NAME on the ID must match exactly the name provided to us.
The guest fee is INCLUDED in the price of 7.99 here on ebay and a resort fee may be charged at check in at the resort (around -)
A security deposit will be held at checkin and will be refunded given that there are no damages to the room.
No pets allowed and rooms are non smoking
No refunds or cancellations once purchased
Renter agrees to abide by policies set by the management of the resort, refrain from loud noise levels and to return condo in a clean pickup condition or pay costs of fees. Renter is responsible for ANY damages done to the condo.
