    Armadillidium maculatum isopods, also known as Zebra isopods, are attractive large black and white striped isopods. These isopods, native to France, are relatively slow growing and make a great addition to terrariums not only as cleaner crews, but also as a tasty snack!

    . Orders placed on or after Wednesday at noon will ship the following Monday to avoid spending the weekend at the post office or on a truck. Someone must be present to accept package delivery.

    We ship dozens of packages every Mon-Wed to sub-freezing temps. Our ultra-insulative packing filler is perfect for winter shipping and negates the need for heat packs. Shipping packs for reptiles max out at 100* (compared to 180* for hot hands) and can easily cook a shipment of springtails/isopods as our boxes are extremely well insulated.
