These are shipped out on Monday thru Wednesday's. with an Ice Pack
If these are not gotten out of your mailbox within an hour after delivery I can not guarantee a Live delivery as you can imagine how hot/or cold the mailboxes get.
You have to send detailed pictures of the dead within 1 hour of receiving them if i am to offer any replacements.
