You will get 100, 1.5"-2"superworms.
We feed our worms grains, fruits & vegetables.
Superworms do not tolerate intense temps. A post office hold is highly recommended.
Your worms will be packed in a 16oz deli cup with vented lid, wheat bran & water crystals gel.

temps are above 100F

Buyer is responsible for tracking package. When your package is ready for pickup, for the warranty to be valid you must pickup within 24 hours (exceptions weekends) I'm seeing a higher number of packages never being picked up from the post office. (
Even a few blamed me, strange)
Sometimes your postal carrier holds the package for pickup when no secure location is
available
or you aren't home and the package is clearly marked LIVE! I
recommend signing up for text message updates on the Post Office's website once your tracking number is posted.
USPS First Class is FREE!
Not for sale in Hawaii, Puerto Rico. No warranty on shipments to Alaska (please order with caution) We do not ship internationally.
If the post office scans package delivered but you did not receive package, contact your post office, not us. This is not covered in the warranty. Its up to you to prevent theft & be available for package delivery.

We are a family owned business who started breeding Dubia Roaches & worms to sell through our pet store over 15 years.
We founded Dubia Farms to expand our business and start selling online. We built a larger facility dedicated to breeding and raising Dubia Roaches and have been increasing the number of breeders so that we could successfully support the business.

1. Warranty is VOIDED if you do not follow shipping Guidelines! Do not order if you do not accept our shipping guidelines.
2. Check your local weather before placing orders. We process too many orders to check every order's weather. The customer is 100% responsible for being temperature aware.
3. Make sure someone is available to receive the package or request it to be held at the Post Office.
4. If your temperatures are above (Day or Night) 85F you MUST request "Hold at Post Office"
or Warranty

6. If requested. We will mark shipping label "
Hold at Post Office
" It's up to your post office to follow this instruction. Ebay/ Paypal does not have the option to select hold at post office. So please contact your PO to make sure this is followed.
7. Make sure your shipping information is correct on Ebay & Paypal.
We will not edit your shipping address for you.
8. We must be contacted within 2 hours of delivery with any issues. We require 2 pictures and a 15 second video (of the dead bugs) sent to our EMAIL. So we can file a post office claim, on our behalf.
9.If you are worried about your postal person leaving the package, in the mail box or outside. Contact us and we will require a authorized signature. It will cost but will be well worth it.
10. We will not be held responsible if the package was left in mail box or at front door.
• If the above shipping stipulations are met. We guarantee live arrival but you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
If there are any problems with you order, please contact us before leaving feedback. For new customers to EBay, contact us directly, Do not open a case with EBay. This just slows the process down.
We ship via USPS with tracking and delivery confirmation. If you have any questions, requests, or instructions please message us before placing an order.
We ship Tuesday- Saturday except on holidays. Orders placed on the weekend (after 12pm Friday) will be shipped on Tuesday. All orders placed before 3:00 pm EST will typically be shipped the following shipping day.
