All travel documents for your accommodations will be sent electronically via email once the reservation dates are finalized and processed. If you prefer not to have documents sent via email, then documents will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Please provide two travel date options in the event your preferred dates are not available. This usually takes two business days. Submit payment after we confirm your selected dates are be accommodated. Price for accommodation does not vary with number of occupancy. One fixed price! However, occupancy more than the maximum as described in room accommodation details below is not permitted.

Check-in and Check-out times

Guest check-in is 3:00 PM on the date of arrival and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Arrangements for a late check-out, if desired, must be made with the front desk and may include a late check-out fee to be paid in $US.
