No additional fees will be added for base timeshare rental.  Purchaser will be responsible to resort for any optional charges not included in base timeshare rental including damages to suite, dining, golf fees, skiing fees, optional services, room service, etc.  At check-in, resort will require a refundable damage deposit applied to your credit card to cover these optional charges not included in base rental.   Also, please note that timeshare rentals usually do not include daily maid service but do offer it at additional cost.  Purchaser's bid and acceptance of exchange certificate is evidence of acceptance of these terms.
A 1 BR Studio Suite with the same description is currently available for direct purchase from Gatlinburg Town Square as of 07/16/2022 for 94.75 plus 2.33 state tax = 47.08 (Please note that this price includes a 25% discount available only to Tennessee residents).
Following receipt of full payment, an exchange certificate will be sent via ebay messaging or e-mailed to purchaser's e-mail address should purchaser specify this option and forward that address.  The reservation number will be forwarded within 24 hours of payment; however, the actual reservation certificate will require approximately 3 days for the resort to modify and forward via email the revised reservation certificate to me with the purchaser's name as the person who will be checking in after 4 PM on 10/28/2022.  If purchaser elects to receive this certificate via USPS, please add minimum 3-4 days.   Regardless of method, this reservation certificate will secure purchaser's right to occupy unit for the agreed upon 7 night stay.
Purchaser warrants he/she is at least 21 years of age.
All sales are final once confirmed by seller, no refunds, no exceptions.
